Features:
Maximum Comfort for parent and child- Comfort for the parent is provided by placing the child on a specially designed seat, hovering just above your shoulders, relieving your neck and shoulders from direct stress. The weight of the child is evenly distributed through the carriers’ body, which enables longer walks in comfort and style, with happy kids.
Safe and happy explorers- While discovering the world, your child sits safely on your shoulders secured by a waist belt and leg straps. A harness with shoulder straps is included to give extra upper body support for the smallest kids (6-10 months). An extendable padded seat provides maximum comfort for the child. The supportive backrest is designed to help the child sit up straight while sitting in the carrier on your shoulders.
Small but mighty- At only 1.6 kg (3.5 lbs), the MiniMeis is the lightest framed child carrier on the market. Despite its super lightweight composition, the MiniMeis shoulder carrier is robust and strong. MiniMeis has passed all the safety standard tests by SGS in both the EU and the US. The carrier has been tested up to the set standard of 18 kg.

My Baby Babbles ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies. Due to the personalized nature of most products, your order may take a couple of weeks to reach you but rest assured we are making all possible efforts to get your product to you at the earliest.

Shipping Duration:
Each of the products sold on mybabybabbles.com have a different lead-time. Lead time refers to the number of days within which an item will be dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you. Please refer to the individual products for detailed information. Average shipping time for an order is 7-8 working days and average transit time is 2-4 days depending on location. Complete expected delivery time from date of purchase can be considered as 10-12 working days.
In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will either be shipped together or in parts depending on the vendor. We will inform you via email in the case that your order is being shipped in parts.
For orders being shipped together, the longest lead time for a product ordered is applicable to the entire order.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The transit time for metros is generally 2-3 days while other destinations could take up to 5 days to reach.
While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, My Baby Babbles cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
Shipping Charges:
A shipping and handling charge of Rs 100 is levied for orders below Rs 2500. For orders above Rs 2500, shipping is free. Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actuals.
Cancellations:
Due to the personalized nature of majority of the products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. If you do wish to cancel/amend your order please email us on info@mybabybabbles.comand we will try our best to cancel it if production hasn’t started.
In the case of a refund due to order cancellation, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your bank account.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products as well as the personalized nature of majority of the products, mybabybabbles.com has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.
If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a non-personalized product, please contact us on info@mybabybabbles.com within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
In the case that we have approved an exchange for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the item to our office in Mumbai within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered out to you within 7 within days. If we are unable to replace the item due to a size not being available or the item being out of stock, we will provide you with a discount code that can be used against any future purchase on mybabybabbles.com / a refund that will be credited to your account within 7 working days.
There will be no cash returns for COD orders. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
Damaged Products:
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on info@mybabybabbles.com within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out. New product shall be couriered within 12 working days / refund will be processed and credited within 7 working days.
